A number of businesses have started experimenting with Threads and gauging its potential as a customer engagement site. Since it is still quite new, perhaps now is the perfect time to start discovering what works well on Threads. It’s an advantage at this early stage before the number of daily active users grows and the stakes become higher.
Boasting 35 million active users, Substack Notes was founded in April 2023 and may be another one to watch. Substack Notes works on the basis of short form content. Its primary goals according to founder Chris Best are to “inspire, enlighten, and entertain readers.”
